提案征集| ieee/cic iccc 2026 call for tutorial proposals-金年会体育

as with previous editions of ieee/cic iccc conference, ieee iccc 2026 (august 7-9th, 2026, wuhan, china) will be hosting a series of tutorial sessions (half-day or one-day) and therefore invites submission of tutorial proposals. tutorials should provide a focused lecture highlighting new and emerging topics within the scope of communications.

tutorial proposals should be submitted in one pdf file to the tutorial chair peng yang (submission email: yangpeng@hust.edu.cn) and jiawen kang (submission email: kjwx886@163.com) no later than march 15th, 2026.

each tutorial proposal must include the following sections:

· title of the tutorial

· abstract of the tutorial

· length of the tutorial: half-day or one-day

· an outline of the tutorial, including a tentative time schedule

· objectives and motivation of the tutorial

· intended audience and the amount of potential in-person attendees

· name, affiliation, and a short biography (maximum 200 words) of each tutorial instructor

· a brief description (maximum one page) of the topics that the tutorial will address, emphasizing their timeliness

· a description of previous tutorial experience of the instructor(s), including the number of attendees. link to video recordings of public lectures by the instructor(s), if available

· state whether similar tutorials have been offered at recent conferences (last five years), and if so, how the proposed tutorial differs
